Don de Chaleur is an innovative initiative that combines energy savings with solidarity. The app encourages users to take on small everyday challenges to reduce their energy consumption at home.
The savings made are then converted into donations, funded by partner companies and given to charities that fight energy poverty.
Issue
We need to find a viral mechanism that makes people want to download it and stay on it, a way to encourage users to invite other users. There is also a lack of incentives to come to the app and to use it with the aim of reducing consumption.
Objectives
Viral + Recurrence + Greater engagement
Strengthen engagement
Transform the experience into a collective challenge through gamification and social interactions, to encourage regular and friendly use.
Create virality
Design a unique feature that stands out and is consistent with the spirit of solidarity, encouraging users to share the app.
